RISE Community is operated by Rise360 Ventures. This page describes what account information we collect, how it's used, and how to reach us about it. It is informational, not a substitute for legal advice.
When you create a free account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see or store your password in plain text). If you tell us during signup, we also record your investor interest level.
Your name, email, and investor interest are synced to our CRM (GoHighLevel) so we can send meetup reminders and community updates. You can ask to be removed from these communications at any time.
We also record basic product-usage events tied to your account — for example signups, logins, replay views, saves, and shares — so we can understand what content is useful and improve the library. These records are internal and are not sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
We use a small number of cookies required to keep you signed in and to remember your light/dark theme preference. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
You can update your name and investor interest, or change your password, anytime from your account Settings page. To request a full export or deletion of your data, reach out to Rise360 Ventures.
